Use your photos
for Emails, Screen Savers & Face book !
Open Word and type your Name and Address.

Insert the floppy/CD with photos.
Click on Insert button on the tool bar
From the drop down menu choose PICTURE
→ then choose from file
Choose from floppy
Click a photo then hit Insert
A toolbar will pop up, hit the little Dog
and from that drop down menu pick Tight
(Tight will allow having text and photo on the same line.)
Click on little square at corner of photo to make smaller or larger.
Put mouse in center of photo and move around the page.
How TO SET your photo as wall paper or screensaver.
First save your photo on your computer – My Documents or My Pictures – If you delete the file with the photos at a later time…. You have lost your screen saver photo and must re do!
Click Start button > setting > control panel
In the control Panel, double click Display (monitor icon)
In the display Properties dialogue box (the back ground tab) click the Browse button
Use the pull-down menu and select the file where you put the photo…. My Documents or My Pictures
Click your photo … click OPEN
The Display Properties should show your photo!!
In the bottom right corner select Stretch
Click APPLY Click OK
Again the photo is in My Document if you delete it from there it was not show up as your screen saver.
Find the photo file name on your computer. Right click the file name and a drop down menu appear. Choose send to Mail recipient. Another box pops up- picks choose make images smaller. (Did you ever receive a photo so big you could not see it, they did not pick smaller)
Next your email document appears and you address the email. If you want to include that large file you can add it as an attachment too
